Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, nonprofit management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative coordination or operations support.
• Experience coordinating workflows and information in documentation-heavy environments.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supporting nonprofit, healthcare, or higher education organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for leaders and programs across functional areas.
• Record meeting notes and action items; track deadlines and follow-ups.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; assist with expense reports and variances.
• Plan events, convenings, CME/CEU applications, and travel logistics as needed.
