Job summary

Heartland Whole Health Institute in Bentonville, Arkansas seeks a Program Coordinator, Policy to support day-to-day operations, manage scheduling, travel, budgets, meetings and events, and help ensure information flows smoothly across programs.

You will collaborate with leaders, admin staff and external partners, maintain records, assist with CME/CEU applications when applicable, and help advance organizational priorities in a fast-paced health nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, operations management, communications, health administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative coordination, operations support, project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience supporting nonprofit, healthcare, higher education, public sector, or similar organizations preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication with ability to route information effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for leaders, meetings, and events.
• Manage travel logistics, budgets, and expense reporting for programs.
• Record and distribute meeting notes, action items, and decisions.
• Provide administrative support across functional areas and Executive Office as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support workflows and organizational standards.
