The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience in administration, with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, operations management, communications, or health administration.
• 2–4 years of administrative coordination, operations support, or project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting nonprofit, healthcare, higher education, public sector, or similar organizations preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation management skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, travel, meetings, and events for assigned functions.
• Serve as initial point of contact; route inquiries, provide routine information, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain Salesforce records and collaborate with shared services (AWE) for budgeting, procurement, and HR processes.
• Assist with planning and execution of events, CME/CEU applications, and cross-functional program activities.
• Track project activities, deadlines, and action items; provide regular status updates to leaders.
