Job summary

Recovery Network is seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator / Specimen Collection Coordinator in Baltimore, MD to support daily lab specimen collection, data entry, and facility operations.

You will observe and collect urine specimens with confidentiality, ensure specimens arrive undamaged for testing, and perform routine EMR data entry and office upkeep. The role emphasizes professionalism, accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and compassionate client care.

• Must demonstrate sound judgement, professionalism and compassion for client care.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills are required.
• Understanding and full compliance with HIPAA at all times.

Responsibilities

• Observe & collect urine specimens in a respectful & confidential manner.
• Send all specimens for testing in a manner that ensures they arrive undamaged & untainted.
• Submits any required paperwork associated with specimen collection / data entry into our EMR system.
• Maintain office cleanliness on a daily basis.
• Complete other operations related tasks as delegated by the Program Coordinator.

We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, & professional, part-time, Operations Coordinator / Specimen Collection Coordinator to join our team! Hours:

• Part-time
• Monday & Wednesday - 9:00am - 7:00pm

Responsibilities include:

• Observe & collect urine specimens in a respectful & confidential manner.
