Responsibilities

• Coordinate drives across a global footprint for DE&E Innovation.
• Decommissioning of technology equipment as needed.
• Coordinate large moves including prep, logging, tracking, and liaising with moving services.
• Space assessments, approvals, reviews and updates.
• Track spaces and occupancy assessments.
• Collaborate with HR on ongoing facility data updates.
• Update space planning software and monitor data for strategy decisions.
• Serve as a liaison with site admins for local needs and in-office services.
• Prepare and communicate status on drives.
