Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers and partners to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and invoices.
• Track shipments from origin to destination and resolve issues during transit.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics activities.
• Assist with returns, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries.
• Weekend work may be required.
