• Communicate with carriers and partners to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain shipping docs, bills of lading, customs docs, and invoices.
• Track and manage shipments from origin to destination, resolving transit issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics activities.
• Assist with management of returns, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
