Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services company, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator to join our Minot, ND team. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating personnel and equipment to ensure jobs run smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities include providing technical support, maintaining shop standards, and ensuring compliance with QHSE policies while leading by example and supporting district operations.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of related field experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure resources are available for jobs, including 3rd party staff and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and propose procedural or environmental improvements.
• Provide technical support by advising customers and colleagues on equipment specs and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate professional leadership and act as a role model for district personnel.
• Communicate and ensure awareness and compliance with all relevant QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform any other duties as needed to keep the department running; manual work may be involved.
