Job summary

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator to join our El Reno, OK team. The role focuses on planning and coordinating personnel and equipment to ensure jobs run smoothly on site.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in related fields, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift experience. The position emphasizes leadership, safety compliance, and reliable support for customers and colleagues in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to five years' experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training acceptable.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs, including 3rd party employees and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and recommend procedural/environment improvements.
• Provide technical support by advising customers and staff on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate leadership behavior and serve as a role model for district personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform other delegated duties to maintain efficient department operations; manual work may be involved.
