Job summary

Stabil Drill, A Superior Energy Services Company, seeks an Operations Coordinator to join the team in El Reno, OK. This role plans, schedules, and tracks personnel and equipment to ensure resources are available for jobs, while maintaining shop conditions and supporting customers with equipment specifications and customizations.

The position emphasizes leadership, adherence to QHSE procedures, and the ability to perform additional delegated duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure resources are available for jobs, including 3rd party employees and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
• Provide technical support to customers and employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate leadership behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible for serving as a role model for district personnel.
• Communicate and ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform other delegated duties and manual work as needed.
