Stabil Drill, A Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator in El Reno, OK. You will plan, schedule, and track personnel and equipment to ensure resources are available for jobs, while maintaining shop conditions.

Lead with professionalism, ensure QHSE compliance, and perform assigned duties including manual tasks. Requires 2–5 years in a related field and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel and equipment for jobs.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and propose procedural improvements.
• Provide technical support on equipment specifications and customizations.
• Demonstrate professional leadership and serve as a model for district personnel.
• Communicate and ensure awareness of QHSE handbooks and procedures.
• Perform other delegated duties; manual work may be required.
