Job summary

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services company, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator to join our team in Minot, ND. You will plan, schedule and track personnel and equipment to ensure resources are available for jobs.

Responsibilities include maintaining shop conditions, providing technical support on equipment specifications, and upholding QHSE procedures. Requirements: GED or high school diploma and 2–5 years of related experience; forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs (including 3rd party employees and equipment).
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
• Provide technical support on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate leadership behavior and act as a role model for district personnel.
• Communicate and ensure awareness of and compliance with QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform other delegated duties to maintain efficient department operations; manual work may be required.
