Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, currently seeks a Full-Time Operations Coordinator to join our El Reno, OK team. The role involves planning, scheduling and tracking personnel and equipment to ensure resources are available for jobs.

Responsibilities include maintaining shop conditions, providing technical support on equipment specifications, and ensuring adherence to QHSE procedures. Applicants should have 2–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED;

• High school diploma or GED required
• Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure resources are available for jobs, including 3rd party employees and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
• Provide technical support by advising customers and employees on equipment specs and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate leadership behavior and serve as a role model for district personnel.
• Communicate and ensure awareness of and compliance with relevant QHSE handbooks and procedures.
• Perform other delegated duties to maintain efficient department operation; manual work may be required.
