Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Full-Time Operations Coordinator for the Same Day Surgery Unit. You will provide daily operational support and manage office activities, procurement, and financial tasks to keep the unit running smoothly.

The role reports to the Unit Leader and requires strong communication and customer service skills. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 Years Clerical Experience required.
• Experience scheduling and communicating within the Microsoft suite.
• Experience in medical setting preferred.
• Experience using EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily operational support to the Same Day Surgery Unit.
