Job summary

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, seeks a driven Operations Coordinator in El Reno, OK to plan, schedule and track personnel and equipment for jobs.

You will maintain shop conditions, provide technical support, and lead by example while ensuring compliance with QHSE policies and procedures across the district. Forklift experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training accepted.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure resources are available for jobs, including 3rd party employees and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and suggest procedural or environmental improvements.
• Provide technical support and advise customers and staff on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate professional leadership and act as a role model for district personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform delegated duties to maintain efficient department operations; manual work may be required.
