Job summary

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our Midland, Texas team. You will plan and track personnel and resources, support customers with equipment specifications, and help maintain a safe, efficient work site.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift experience is a plus. This is a full‑time position with opportunities to lead and improve processes in a demanding

Qualifications

• Two to five years’ related experience preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel and resources for jobs including 3rd party staff and equipment.
• Maintain shop conditions and suggest improvements in procedures and environment.
• Provide technical support on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate professional leadership and act as a role model for district personnel.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform other delegated duties and may include manual work.

Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our team in Midland, Texas.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs. This includes 3rd party employees and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions. Recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
• Provide technical support. Normally this will involve advising customers and other employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate leadership behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible for serving as a role model for all district personnel.
• Responsible for communicating and ensuring full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department. Manual work will be performed.

Education/Experience

• Minimum of two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Forklift Experience preferred.
