Stabil Drill, A Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our Midland, Texas team. This on-site role focuses on planning, scheduling and tracking personnel and equipment to ensure resources are available for jobs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure resources are available for jobs, including 3rd party staff and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and recommend procedural/environment improvements.
• Provide technical support by advising customers and staff on equipment specs and job customizations.
• Demonstrate professional leadership and ethical behavior as a role model for district personnel.
• Communicate and ensure awareness and compliance with relevant QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties to maintain efficient department operation; manual work may be required.

Stabil Drillis currently seeking a Full-TimeOperations Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our team inMidland, Texas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs. This includes 3rd party employees and equipment.


• Maintain acceptable shop conditions. Recommend improvements in procedures and environment.


• Provide technical support. Normally this will involve advising customers and other employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job.


• Demonstrate leadership behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible for serving as a role model for all district personnel.


• Responsible for communicating and ensuring full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.


• Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department. Manual work will be performed.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.


• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.


• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.


• Forklift Experience preferred.
