Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or four years of relevant work experience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Office Software a must)
• Minimum of two years’ of related administrative/coordination experience supporting a language services or other relatable program
• Must be able to effectively communicate through oral and written communication with customers, management and other coworkers
• Must be high-energy, flexible, work well with teams, and able to find creative solutions

Responsibilities

• Procures language interpreter services and supports the O2F process to fulfill customer requirements.
• Completes activities within the Order-to-Fulfill process, including work order solicitation, offers, evaluation, and award.
• Monitors daily operations and tracks changes to work orders to ensure best value.
• Contributes to profit-loss analysis and cost-benefit assessments for each work order.
• Coordinates interpreter travel and lodging within established guidelines.
• Ensures procurement activities comply with procurement manual, contract requirements, and regulations.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and allocate resources.
• Plans, organizes, and prioritizes multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
