Dutchland Plastics is seeking an Operations Administrator in Oostburg, WI. This role leads a new team, enforces processes for accurate inventory records, and ensures compliance with regulations and company policies.

You will manage core e-commerce and customer account operations, handle shipping/receiving duties, and drive inventory control and reporting to support production scheduling and leadership with daily metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience required
• Associates or Bachelors in business administration preferred
• Ability to multitask on multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Strong project management and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Manage core E-Commerce & Customer Account Operations for accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Serve as primary operational liaison for accounts to resolve orders, track deliveries, and address inventory discrepancies
• Inspect inbound freight, verify quantities, and reconcile ERP records with physical inventory
• Prepare shipping documents and streamline logistics coordination
• Oversee inventory data, support production scheduling, and generate daily performance metrics
• Define and enforce inventory control procedures including daily cycle counts
• Lead site KPIs and implement cost-reduction initiatives across operations
• Provide cross-functional support to daily office tasks and senior leadership requests
