Oerlikon in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (M-F 1st Shift) to receive, verify, and process shipments, pack and prepare products for shipping, and coordinate with carriers for timely pickups while maintaining warehouse organization. The role requires 3–5 years in material handling, ability to lift 50 pounds, and proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and SAP; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; industrial or trade school training preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 3-5 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to receive, ship, load, unload, move and store products and materials safely.
• Read work orders and oral instructions to determine work assignments or material needs.
• Maintain organization of raw/finished goods in the warehouse.
• Assist in quarterly/yearly inventory counts.
• Perform other duties to support department and team operations.
