Job summary

The PCA Group is seeking an Operations Associate for an in-person role based in Melville, NY. You will support inventory, order management, and internal communications while collaborating with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.

You will own accounts, monitor timelines, and respond to client emails with accuracy and professionalism. The role emphasizes organization, initiative, and continual improvement of internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, across teams.
• Detail-obsessed with urgency and a get-it-done attitude.
• Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tech.
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and thrive under pressure.
• EDI experience is a plus.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business (or similar) preferred.
