Resource Management: Allocate people, equipment, and materials; adjust allocations as priorities shift.
Risk & Problem Solving: Spot conflicts early and drive practical solutions with contingency plans.
Collaboration & Communication: Work with engineering and field teams; provide regular progress updates.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze data, surface trends, and push process improvements.
