Job summary

The Boring Company in Texas is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the planning and potential construction/operation of a Texas Hyperloop between Austin and San Antonio. You will design and manage the Operations Command Center, staff and procedures, and coordinate with civil servants, officials, and contractors to keep the project on schedule and compliant.

This role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and refinement of the operational plan for the Austin–San Antonio Hyperloop.
• Design, stand up, and manage the Operations Command Center with staffing and procedures.
• Drive activities for opening and public launch of the Hyperloop system.
• Manage a team of operators, technicians and personnel.
• Implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Develop training material and documentation.
• Coordinate with civil servants, officials, and contractors to stay compliant with codes.
