Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with both leaders and frontline teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping balls.
• Proven problem-solver who identifies issues early and drives solutions.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Planning: Build and maintain detailed operational schedules and labor plans; own timelines end-to-end.
• Resource Management: Allocate people, equipment, and materials; adjust allocations as priorities shift.
• Risk & Problem Solving: Identify potential conflicts early and drive practical solutions with contingency plans.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with engineering and field teams; provide clear updates on progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze operational data and push improvements to processes.
