Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in operations, logistics, scheduling, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Proven problem-solver who identifies issues early and drives solutions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan labor; maintain detailed operating schedules and labor plans with engineering and business ops.
• Allocate people, equipment, and materials; adjust resource allocation as priorities shift.
• Spot potential conflicts or delays early and drive practical solutions; build contingency plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and field teams; deliver clear, regular progress updates.
• Dig into operational data, surface trends, and push improvements to processes to move faster and more efficiently.
