Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of customer service and financial administrative experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with branch teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly/monthly lease, contract billing; resolve issues to support profitability.
• Coordinate fleet service activities including licensing and permits.
• Track outside vendor support for non-maintenance items and asset files.
• Perform process analyses using reports to improve profitability and efficiency.
