Responsibilities

• Facilitates and dispatches day to day operations to meet company objectives and profitability goals.
• Oversees inventory tracking to ensure assets are tracked through phases of operations.
• Coaches and directs team of individual contributors and front-line employees.
• Cultivates a culture with strong safety awareness and compliance.
• Supports business development activities with customers and drives customer-oriented service.
• Partners with customers to reduce operating non-productive time.
• Ensures quality control and adherence to QMS standards for equipment, inventory and DOT/FMCSA policies.
