KLX Energy Services LLC is seeking a Supv, Rental Tool Services in Casper, WY. The role oversees on-site rental tools operations, coordinates field services, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Less than High School Education or High School Diploma/Equivalent (preferred).
• Work Experience: 0-2 years (minimum) with 2-4 years preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in rental tools services operations and high pressure equipment is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to crew and clients at the well site and maintain communication with client representatives.
• Plan and coordinate operations using equipment knowledge on the well site.
• Advise customers on procedures, troubleshoot issues, and supervise field operations.
• Manage storage and inventories of supplies and assets on the rig.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive job documentation.
• Train, coach, and mentor trainees; develop expertise and share knowledge.
