Job summary

Hammer Media, based in East Austin, seeks an Operations Coordinator to keep daily operations, fulfillment, and cross‑functional projects moving smoothly. This role offers broad exposure in a fast-growing startup and a chance to learn by doing.

You will support multiple teams, improve processes, and help the Customer Success group with documentation and workflows while organizing projects and vendor coordination as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations or related role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort with coordinating across multiple teams.
• Experience with Google Workspace and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across multiple teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables.
• Plan events, office lunches, offsites, and employee experiences.
• Manage fulfillment of cookbooks and other physical products with vendors.
• Support Customer Success by chasing answers and improving docs.
• Maintain project trackers and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with external vendors to support day-to-day operations.
• Handle a variety of admin and operational tasks to keep the company running.
• Jump into projects as the business grows and evolves.
• Organize and rally cross-functional teams on special initiatives.
