Job summary

Thrive Behavior Centers is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help keep one of our ABA therapy centers running smoothly, efficiently, and with the culture and level of service our employees and families deserve.

You’ll manage daily staff and client schedules, coordinate with Clinical, HR, Admissions, Billing, and Operations teams, and leverage CentralReach, Zoho, and Microsoft 365 to maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, ABA, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to successfully pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Day Moving: manage daily staff and client schedules, call-outs, late arrivals, time-off requests, and cancellations.
• Monitor staff hours and scheduling to ensure minimum hours are met.
• Help optimize schedules and staffing to keep the center operating efficiently.
• Answer inbound calls and follow through to resolution.
