Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a hands-on operator to support daily production and bottling processes. You will work with blending, batching, filtering, transferring, and inventory management to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Blend, batch, filter, transfer, and proof products according to approved formulas, specifications, and production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform tank readings, and receive bulk materials to support manufacturing operations.
• Conduct product adjustments and processing corrections as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description/Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work with blending, batching, filtering, transferring, and inventory management processes while ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. This position offers the opportunity to develop technical manufacturing skills in a fast‑paced production environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are valued.
