Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing at the Gresham, Oregon location seeks an Operations Coordinator to complete branch administrative processes, support operational efficiency, and provide superior customer service to internal and external customers. This position assists the Branch Financial Manager to improve profitability.

Key duties include AR oversight, billing, licensing, fleet service tasks, and process analytics using Qlikview or AS400.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of customer service and financial administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly/monthly lease, contract maintenance, and billing; resolve issues impacting profitability.
• Coordinate fleet licensing, permitting, vehicle processing, and citations.
• Track assets and coordinate outside services not related to maintenance.
• Collaborate with Fleet Services for licensing, permitting, and citations.
• Perform billing, reports, credit memos, and licensing analyses; identify improvements.
• Maintain district personnel files, payroll, and hiring paperwork.
• Complete tasks assigned by Branch and District Financial Managers.
