Job summary

Christianson PLLP is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support, contribute to strategic thinking, and manage projects for a fast-paced CPA and consulting firm. You will anticipate needs of leadership and the team, handle confidential materials, and look for opportunities to innovate and improve operations.

Qualifications

  • Associate of Arts Degree required, with no specific field of study preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other staff.
  • Able to work autonomously while seamlessly integrating with remote and in-office teams based in the U.S.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to organizational excellence.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, including team management & logistics, including travel.
  • Assist in preparation tasks for new and existing clients.
  • Plan, track, and manage team goals, project timelines, training, licensing, travel, expense reports, and new information.
  • Complete forms, reports, and collect signatures.
  • Participate in department meetings.
  • Evaluate the potential for process problems and develop solutions.
  • Manage project-related paperwork, ensuring that materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
  • Communicate with clients regarding needs, if necessary.
  • Assist in proposals and billing.
  • Be an active participant in business development and cultivate relationships to strengthen both yourself and the firm.

  • Hours are normally Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
