  • Able to work autonomously while seamlessly integrating with remote and in-office teams based in the U.S.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to organizational excellence.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, including team management and logistics, including travel
  • Assist in preparation tasks for new and existing clients
  • Plan, track, and manage team goals, project timelines, training, licensing, travel, expense reports, and new information
  • Complete forms, reports, and collect signatures
  • Participate in department meetings
  • Evaluate potential process problems and develop solutions
  • Manage project-related paperwork, ensuring that materials are current, properly filed, and stored
  • Communicate with clients regarding needs, if necessary
  • Assist in proposals and billing
  • Be an active participant in business development and cultivate relationships to strengthen both yourself and the firm
