This hybrid role combines warehouse logistics with hands-on technical assembly. We seek a versatile candidate who excels in both physical logistics and technical configuration. The ideal candidate is not a standard warehouse worker but a 'jack-of-all-trades' proficient in assembling units and installing components.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical assembly of units and installation of components such as 4G/5G modules.

• Install operating systems and work with kernel systems.

• Prepare pallets and wrap them for shipment.

• Conduct warehouse logistics duties including receiving, shipping (international included), picking, and order fulfillment.

• Operate a standing forklift (experience required; certification not necessary).

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in technical/hardware environments.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or warehouse management.

• Proficiency in unit assembly and technical configuration.

• High degree of organization and attentiveness to detail.

• Comfortable using or learning online web applications such as Microsoft Office (including Excel), Google Docs, CRM and ERP.

• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs. and stage orders for shipping.

• Efficient use of power tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Professional oral and written communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of sales cycle at an Associate Level position.

• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.

• Skill in OS installation and kernel systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, NV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
