Job summary

Planned Parenthood Great Plains seeks an Operations Coordinator to support clinical operations and patient care. The role handles self-pay Good Faith estimates, enters ITOP data into the KDHE VRV system, and collaborates with the Centralized Operations Team on process improvements.

The position requires travel across Kansas and surrounding areas, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A valid driver’s license and flexibility are required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Good Faith estimates for self-pay patients; including pulling reports from clinical management system (EPIC), generating personal patient estimates, and sending to patients prior to their appointment.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely data entry of ITOP worksheets into the KDHE VRV website for all Kansas health centers performing abortions.
  • Serves as point of contact for PPGP laboratory vendors.
  • Assists with inventory management, order fulfillment and vendor management.
  • Coordinates with the Health Services and Centralized Operations team on process improvement projects.
  • Develops, tracks, and documents requests for operations, including with the expansion of PPGP affiliate health centers and services.
  • Assists CHPPGP contract physicians in completing and submitting expense reports for approval.
  • May perform other coordinator or technical duties. Other duties as assigned.

The Operations Coordinator works under the direction of the Director of Centralized Operations to provide indirect assistance to patient care and clinical operations. This position is responsible for good faith estimates for self-pay patients, data entry of KS ITOP worksheets, project assistance with expansion of health services and centers and assisting with inventory management. The Health Services Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Centralized Operations Team to ensure all health centers are supported, allowing direct patient care teams to provide optimal patient and staff experiences.

Salary Range - $45,000-48,000
