The Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides leadership and support to Planned Parenthood Great Plains’ health centers and business operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality sexual and reproductive health care. The COO is a member of PPGP’s executive leadership team and has oversight of health center operations and centralized services, including functions supported through Clinical Health Network (CHN), which includes IT, revenue cycle, and patient contact center.
The COO partners with the CEO, Chief Medical Officer, and VP of Healthcare Operations to develop strategies for care delivery and optimization informed by the organization’s deep commitment to reproductive freedom. This position requires travel to PPGP’s health centers in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
Bachelor's degree. Five (5) to eight (8) years of operational leadership in a healthcare setting characterized by progressively expanding scope and responsibility. Must have 2 years at the executive leadership level. Reproductive healthcare experience desired.
Experience working in a complex organization across multiple geographies.
Financial acumen that has achieved or exceeded business plans.
Master's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration preferred.
Experience in developing and launching new healthcare services.
