Planned Parenthood Great Plains seeks an Ultrasound Trainer to develop staff competency in obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound across the affiliate. You will deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training and mentor new hires and existing staff.

The Ultrasound Trainer supports the development of highly skilled ultrasound staff by delivering education, coaching, and hands-on clinical training that promotes safe, high-quality reproductive healthcare. This role partners closely with the Senior Ultrasound Trainer to facilitate onboarding, competency development, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives across the affiliate.
The Ultrasound Trainer provides direct patient care, conducts classroom, virtual, and hands-on training, supports competency validation efforts, and serves as a clinical resource for staff learning and development. This position helps foster a culture of continuous learning, patient-centered care, and professional growth while supporting Planned Parenthood Great Plains' mission and values.
