Openwork is hiring an Operations Coordinator for a global logistics and transportation client in Houston. This role coordinates domestic and international shipments, manages customer accounts, and ensures efficient movement of bulk liquids, foods, and gases.

The successful candidate will handle carrier coordination, invoicing, and documentation, while maintaining strong service levels and identifying cost-saving opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1–3 years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM
