GreenieRE Coalition in Greater Boston is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the leadership team, own event logistics, brand consistency, program coordination, and calendar management. You will manage the company pipeline, product development work streams, and attend events on behalf of the company.
You will coordinate across marketing, HR, and operations, build brand-consistent materials, and help manage the CRM and offsites while taking on increasing ownership over time.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own event logistics, brand consistency, program coordination, and calendar management. As you learn the business you will be responsible for managing the company pipeline, product development work streams, and attending events on behalf of the company.
GreenieRE is a small, all-hands-on-deck organization. In your first few months, we'll focus on onboarding/HR coordination, product tracking, and offsite logistics, with marketing tasks layered in as you settle into the operations side. We expect the scope to keep expanding as you demonstrate good judgment on the smaller items, we'll hand you more ownership, including a bigger hand in shaping organizational structure. Regular check-ins with your manager will focus on what you're ready to take on next.
