Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own event logistics, brand consistency, program coordination, and calendar management. As you learn the business you will be responsible for managing the company pipeline, product development work streams, and attending events on behalf of the company.
You'll be the person who turns leadership direction into action. This is a great role for someone with strong administrative capabilities, experience in operations, and who wants exposure to marketing. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the insurance industry and wants to build on that into a broader operating role at a small, fast-moving company.
GreenieRE is a small, all-hands-on-deck organization. In your first few months, we'll focus on onboarding/HR coordination, product tracking, and offsite logistics, with marketing tasks layered in as you settle into the operations side. We expect the scope to keep expanding as you demonstrate good judgment on the smaller items, we'll hand you more ownership, including a bigger hand in shaping organizational structure. Regular check-ins with your manager will focus on what you're ready to take on next.
