Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions, Oakdale, PA, seeks a Branch Manager to lead operations, drive revenue, and ensure profitability. You’ll manage a diverse team, optimize safety and performance, and align with company values.

Responsibilities include developing the branch P&L, expanding customer relationships, and coordinating with HR, Safety, and Finance to hit goals. A Bachelor’s degree and strong leadership are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful business management with proven ability to manage a P&L and lead a team to meet performance goals.
• Strong leadership skills in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience in construction, industrial, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of business planning and accounting principles.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations preferred.
