You will lead projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure accurate payoff processing and documentation review, contributing to customer satisfaction and process excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience and/or knowledge of General Accounting and General Ledger activity.
• Must be able to multitask and work well within a team setting.
• Detail oriented with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description: This job is responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the research and execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s).

Key responsibilities include strategically advising upon the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Advises on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using discretionary judgment
• Advises on projects and directs activities of a team related to special initiatives
• Advises as a technical expert in assigned area, providing an understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function
• Consults on present-state, develops alternative future-state approaches, and facilitates implementations by creating a clear and coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control
• Identifies and recommends responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs/projects

Line of Business Job Summary:

• Accurate and timely processing of customer's inquiries for a payoff quote.
• Review documentation to ensure customer has met all the necessary requirements for a payoff and that all applicable charges are presented to the customer.
• Communicates with customers to understand the reason for the payoff.
• Works closely with other LOBs within Leasing should any issues arise.
• Processes the termination of accounts on the system of record.
• Performs maintenance on current portfolio, as needed.
• Completes various projects assigned by the manager.
• Responsible for providing a consistently high level of service to customers in a timely manner.
• Performing assigned tasks quickly and efficiently, responding to requests for information, communicating issues to appropriate parties, and ensuring that responses to customers are prompt, professional and courteous.

Pay range $59,700.00 - $96,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
