Job summary

Bank of America in Chicago seeks an experienced operations analyst to resolve day-to-day complex problems, research and execute large-scale transactions across sites. You will lead design, development and implementation of products, systems, and services in an operations environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of commercial lending, LIQ, and ability to guide teams, manage projects, and build relationships with business partners across Lines of Business.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of quality assurance, quality control operations, or related experience.
  • Experience in a lead support role or point of contact with knowledge of commercial lending or commercial terminology.
  • Proficient knowledge with LIQ (LoanIQ).

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise.
  • Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives.
  • Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives.
  • Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business.
  • Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects.

Job Description

This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.

LOB Description: Global Credit Operations

Responsible for the fulfillment, servicing and protection of credit offerings for business banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM), commercial and corporate clients as well as leasing and trade products.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise
  • Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives

Minimum Requirements

Pay and benefits information

Pay range $63,000.00 - $105,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
