Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Project/Change Management, or related field.
• Experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, operations, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and PM tools (Jira, Monday.com, Asana).
• Familiarity with relational databases and data management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate among Compliance, Accounting, Operations, IT, Data Analytics, and banking partners to drive initiatives, reporting, system enhancements, and audits.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, initiatives, and system changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional reporting and audit deliverables with banking partner for recurring and ad hoc requests.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and automation.
• Create and maintain process maps, BRDs, SOPs, and other technical documentation.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to define requirements and communicate project status.
• Partner with IT and Data teams to translate requirements into system enhancements and reporting solutions.
• Develop documentation supporting consumer finance products, workflows, accounting, compliance, and reporting procedures.
