Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in corporate communications or similar role.
• Experience with internal communications platforms, CMS, and mass communications tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and execute operational communications supporting business initiatives and store execution.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex updates into clear messaging.
• Plan and execute integrated communications campaigns to inform and engage Store and Field Operations teams.
• Manage communications calendars, workflows, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee internal channels (email, intranet, mobile apps) and maintain brand alignment.
• Analyze metrics to improve communication effectiveness and channel performance.
• Collaborate with Operations Readiness, Video, and other partners to enhance employee experience.
• Support leadership communications and enterprise initiatives as needed.
