The role emphasizes strong communication, team development, and operational accuracy, with full-time hours and competitive pay. Prior management experience is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and maintain retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Strong oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with retail management experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain auto liability insurance during employment.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
