Job summary

Threadneedle group is seeking an Operations Coach in Minneapolis, MN, to act as a subject-matter expert on brokerage corrections, tax reporting issues, and misapplied payments. You will provide guidance, quality oversight, and indirect leadership to teams while partnering with advisors, Tax, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to resolve complex client cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Qualified Corrections, Withholding Corrections, Misapplied Payments, and Tax Reporting Corrections.
• Review complex case escalations and determine approvals, denials, or escalation.
• Research tax withholding discrepancies, reporting corrections, and regulatory issues.
• Coordinate with advisors and back-office teams to resolve issues and communicate outcomes.
• Provide technical coaching and training support to team members.
