Job summary

Responsibilities

• Research, respond and resolve sophisticated issues from high-priority advisors and clients.
• Manage a high-volume case load to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
• Process transactions, including routine and sophisticated, for high-priority accounts in a timely, efficient manner.
• Identify process improvements and participate in team projects.
