Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in brokerage, retirement services, tax operations, or related back-office operations.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research and resolve issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence others without direct leadership accountability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for corrections and tax reporting corrections.
• Review and resolve complex case escalations involving retirement accounts and tax issues.
• Research federal/state tax withholding discrepancies and reporting corrections.
• Manage aging work items, escalations, and high-priority requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with advisors, operations teams, and back-office partners on case outcomes.
